I have just been informed by our Compatriot Marvin Koechig of the Fernando de Leyba chapter that the St. Louis Cardinals have agreed to allow a dedication of the new Fort San Carlos Plaque located at Ballpark Village and the possibly of presenting colors at the ballgame at Busch Stadium on August 30.
The plaque dedication will occur around 11;30 a.m. and precede the presentation of colors at the 1:15 p.m. St. Louis Cardinals baseball game against the Pittsburg Pirates.
Details are being developed and more information will be forthcoming.
