Assemble at monument for start of ceremony.
Unveil MOSSAR monument for 200th Anniversary Farewell Lafayette 1825 visit where he overnighted here in Carondelet during a tour of the existing 24 states.
(Missouri was the 24th and newest state in 1825 during Lafayette’s visit)
