Ozark Mountain Chapter Sons of the American Revolution Society

We welcome new members into our chapter, and have the resources to help you complete your application. We can help you with genealogical work,  gathering the proof documentation necessary, providing a sponsor for our membership, and submitting your official application. Any male shall be eligible for membership in the SAR who:

• Is a citizen of good repute in the community; and
• Is the lineal descendant of an ancestor who was at all times unfailing in loyalty to and rendered active service in the cause of American Independence.

To find out more about eligibility for our organization, please visit the National Society Sons of the American Revolution webpage.

Please reach out to our Genealogist, Steven Perkins to take the next steps to membership. As you work to gather your names and facts for the official application, you may find the SAR Application Worksheet helpful.
