The older members are role models who help &#8220;teach&#8221; the younger members about C.A.R. and good citizenship. Working together, they learn leadership skills that can be useful throughout their lifetime. Senior (adult) members assist members in learning how to plan and host society meetings and events, while members themselves, conduct these activities in leadership roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our members are age &#8220;birth&#8221; to 22! &nbsp;<em>All C.A.R. members &#8220;age out&#8221; at age 22 and by then, most have formed LIFE LONG friendships with other members of all ages across the state!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><br><strong><em>Four Steps to Membership&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>STEP 1 <\/em><\/strong>&#8212; You DECIDE which Society best fits YOUR family&#8217;s needs. Or if you have 6 potential members, start a New Society. <a href=\"https:\/\/mossar.org\/msscar\/missouri-societies\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"57\">Find a Society<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Generally, C.A.R. meetings are very much like our &#8220;one-room&#8221; schools of the past&#8230;the older members are role models who help &#8220;teach&#8221; the younger members about C.A.R. and good citizenship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s never too soon or too late to join.
